Please join us for our
Fall Open House & Workday
on
Saturday, October 21, 2017

Open House: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Visit the neighborhood, meet residents, and ask questions. Tour available homes, check out the Common House, visit the farm, and perhaps take a hike along the Nubanusit Brook or see our one-of-kind wood pellet boiler plant.

Please RSVP for the Open House. Email us if you plan to visit and to get more information about the day.

Also consider joining us for our community lunch before or after your tour. Make a lunch reservation by 9 p.m. on Thursday, October 19. The cost is $5 (unless you also participate in Workday, in which case lunch is free).

Workday: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. followed by lunch

This is a great opportunity to get a feel for community life through a shared work experience. We'll be raking, mulching, planting, and generally getting ready for warmer weather. If you would like to come for Workday (8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) or just visit for lunch (promptly at 12:30 p.m.), please email to let us know. Lunch is $5, but there's no charge for those who come early to work! Please make lunch reservations by 9 p.m. on Thursday, October 19.

We schedule neighborhood Open Houses twice a year, once in the fall (in mid-October) and once in the spring (in late April or early May).

At other times of year, we welcome visitors who would like to get to know our neighborhood to contact us to arrange a visit. Please see below for contact information and directions.

Our homes feature a first floor open-concept living area with mudroom entry, half bath, and laundry. Depending on the home type, you will find the the following features: master bedroom with full bath on the first or second floor and additional bedroom(s) on the second floor; full basement; an attic or third floor; front porch; hardwood and tile floors; and and an attached storage shed.

Learn about the neighborhood’s green technologies, which include a central pellet-fired heat plant, highly-insulated building envelopes, photovoltaic solar arrays and high-performance materials chosen for durability and longevity.
