Our Common House
Our Common House is the central hub of our community, where neighbors gather for fun, food, meetings, mail, and anything else that matters to us! The wide porch facing Callie's Common encourages us to stop by, or when we can to enjoy a rocker with a good book or a friend. Beautiful century old sugar maples line our main pedestrian way and shade the patio linking the sitting porch to the main entry.
The 4,200 s.f. Common House includes a dining/entertaining room, large kitchen, two cozy sitting areas, a children's playroo. On the second floor is a Great Room, and two wheelchair accessible bedrooms each with two double beds. These are available to neighbors' overnight guests.
