Review this website and determine your interest in living at Nubanusit Neighborhood and Farm. Be sure to answer the “Are We a Match” questions. Also review the sales prices and dues.
Step 2
Attend an open house to see our site and homes and get your questions answered. See Upcoming Events. If your schedule does not allow you to attend an open house, individual appointments can be made by e-mail (Contact Us).
Step 3
Attend a Neighborhood Potluck or other gathering to meet the community and get any remaining questions answered. Note: Steps 2 & 3 may happen at the same time. See Upcoming Events.
Step 4
Sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement and put down a non-refundable down payment.
At this time you also sign our Core Values Statement.
Step 5
Close on your new home and move in!
We are currently offering a limited number of "Lease-with-the-Option-to Buy" agreements to those who would like to move into our neighborhood but are having a hard time selling their existing home. This makes it possible for you to join us now by leasing from us; postponing your purchase here until your other home is sold.
